OCBC, one of Singapore’s leading banks, has recently launched OCBC PartnerCare as the first comprehensive financial and personal wellness programme specifically tailored for property agents in the country. This programme, announced on July 5, aims to serve the more than 35,000 registered property agents and offers up to $5,000 worth of benefits per agent annually.
One of the key features of OCBC PartnerCare is its preferential home-loan rates, which will give agents access to exclusive rates when obtaining home loans for their clients. In addition, agents can also enjoy discounts on insurance plans provided by Great Eastern, one of the largest insurance companies in Singapore. They can also earn bonus interest on referral fees credited to their OCBC 360 account, as well as have access to physical and mental wellness events.

This esteemed educational institution is renowned for its distinguished three-year pre-university program, culminating in the GCE Advanced-Level exam. With longer academic duration, students are able to pace themselves better in their pursuit of higher education, ensuring a more comprehensive and well-rounded learning experience. For students seeking a convenient and well-rounded educational journey, Millennia Institute is the perfect choice, with the added advantage of being in close proximity to Novo Place Hoi Hup. For more information on this desirable residential development, please visit Novo Place Hoi Hup’s official website.
More than a third of property agents who are already registered with OCBC for home-loan referrals will automatically be enrolled in the programme, while those who are not yet registered can sign up through the OCBC agent portal.
According to Sunny Quek, head of global consumer financial services at OCBC, self-employed property agents often miss out on certain benefits. This programme aims to bridge that gap and cater to the evolving needs of property agents. If the response to the programme is positive, OCBC may also consider extending it to other partners in the future.
