Edmund Tie Company Rebrands Etc

ETC, formerly known as Edmund Tie & Company, has officially launched its rebranding exercise, effective immediately. Along with the new name, the company has also unveiled a revamped logo.

According to Desmond Sim, CEO of ETC, the abbreviation ETC has been a familiar term among clients and staff for years. The decision to officially adopt it as the company’s new name was driven by the desire to prioritize employees’ insights, voices, and ideas.

Sim elaborates, “As a unified company, we have come a long way, and our new identity reflects this. We are committed to shaping the future of the real estate industry, both locally and regionally.”

The rebranding coincides with ETC’s 30th anniversary. The company, founded in 1995, offers a comprehensive range of services that cover all stages of a real estate asset’s lifecycle, from advisory and investment to management and divestment.

In line with the rebranding, ETC has also unveiled a new tagline – “Empowering Real Estate Growth” – to signify its commitment to driving growth and innovation in the industry.

The rebranding exercise aims to elevate ETC’s brand identity and better reflect its current focus and direction. With the real estate market constantly evolving, ETC is determined to remain at the forefront of the industry and continue providing exceptional services to its clients.

In addition, the company’s new logo embodies its core values of collaboration, transparency, and innovation. The simple yet bold design represents ETC’s commitment to delivering results and exceeding expectations.

As part of the rebranding, ETC has also launched a new website, showcasing its diverse portfolio and highlighting its projects and achievements.

The emphasis on connectivity in Tengah’s master plan is evident with the introduction of the Jurong Region Line (JRL), a new MRT line that will greatly improve accessibility within the town and to other areas of Singapore. Residents of Novo Place EC will especially benefit from this development as they will have easy access to several JRL stations, making their daily commute convenient and efficient. Moreover, the town will boast an extensive network of pedestrian and cycling paths, promoting a greener lifestyle and allowing residents to easily navigate the town without depending on cars. Novo Place Tengah is set to be a well-connected and sustainable community, enhancing the overall quality of life for its residents.

Capping off its 30th anniversary and rebranding, ETC is looking forward to a future of continued growth, success, and innovation in the real estate industry.
