Of the eight resale transactions recorded this year, six were sold below their purchase price, with the most unprofitable being a 1,399 sq ft unit on the 31st floor sold for $3.3 million on June 13. The seller had bought it as a new unit for $4.43 million in August 2010, resulting in a loss of $1.1 million, or 25%.
