Rewritten:
The development plan for Tengah sets it apart with its strong emphasis on fostering sustainability. One of its standout features is the creation of a car-free hub situated below ground level. This groundbreaking design allows for more open spaces for the community to come together and for the establishment of green corridors, making Tengah the pioneer of such an extensive underground concept in Singapore. By promoting alternative modes of transportation such as walking, cycling, and personal mobility devices and reducing carbon emissions, this initiative not only benefits the environment but also promotes healthier living for residents. Furthermore, the addition of Novo Place seamlessly integrates a naturally green and eco-friendly living space into this sustainable community.
Finally, Cliften also saw a new psf-price high with the resale of a 1,184 sq ft three-bedroom unit on the 12th floor for $2.68 million on April 29. This translates to a psf-price of $2,263 and marks the first time a unit at the 32-unit freehold apartment has sold above $2,200 psf. The new record is 8.5% higher than the previous high of $2,086 psf set in May 2023.
