Macly Group, a prominent real estate developer, will be offering a sneak peek of its highly anticipated development, Jansen House, this coming Saturday, April 27. The early bird sales preview for the 21-unit project will also be held on Saturday, May 4.

Located on 25 Jansen Road in District 19, Jansen House boasts of a 999-year leasehold and offers a mix of two- to four-bedroom units ranging from 721 to 1,335 sq ft. As stated in the press release issued by the developer on April 23, a special discount of 15% will be offered for units booked and sold on the day of the sales preview.
