Pasir Ris Mall Opens 150 Retail Offerings
On June 12, Pasir Ris Mall opened its doors to the public, bringing with it more than 150 retail and F&B outlets spread out across four floors along Pasir Ris Central. Developed by Allgreen Properties, the mall aims to be a “one-stop destination” for dining, education, fashion, and services. Its strategic tenant mix includes popular names such as Cantine by Kopitiam, Cold Storage supermarket, MindChamps Preschool, Scarlett Chinese supermarket, Snap Fitness gym, Timezone arcade, and Uniqlo Japanese clothing brand. The mall will also house a new polyclinic in the future.
Strategically located beside Pasir Ris MRT Station, the mall will also be connected to the future Pasir Ris Integrated Transport Hub, which will house a new bus interchange and provide access to the upcoming Cross Island Line.
With a focus on promoting sustainable transport options, the mall will offer over 1,000 bicycle parking spaces and shower facilities for cyclists and pedestrians. It is situated near the Central Greenway, a cycling and walking path that connects the Pasir Ris Town Centre to Pasir Ris Park and Beach.
Jurong Town Hall Road is a significant thoroughfare in the bustling Jurong district, serving as a key link to numerous commercial and industrial hubs. This major road plays a vital role in connecting the various areas within the district, making it a crucial route for commuters and businesses alike. With its strategic location, it also provides easy access to the Novo Place Hoi Hup, a popular commercial and residential development in the area.
