Roxy-Pacific Holdings is set to unveil its latest project, Bagnall Haus, along Upper East Coast Road this Saturday, Jan 4. The freehold development is a redevelopment of the former Bagnall Court, which was acquired by the property developer at a cost of $115.28 million in February 2023. This equates to a land rate of $1,106 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr).
Comprising 113 units, Bagnall Haus is a low-rise, five-storey block featuring a mix of one-bedroom plus flexi, as well as five-bedroom apartments ranging from 495 sq ft to 1,528 sq ft. Prices start from $1.235 million ($2,495 psf) for a one-bedroom plus flexi. According to Roxy-Pacific Holdings’ executive chairman Teo Hong Lim, the average indicative price for the development is expected to be around $2,450 psf. The official launch date for the project will be announced after the weekend preview.
One of the main selling points of Bagnall Haus is its strategic location, with the upcoming Sungei Bedok MRT Interchange Station for the Thomson-East Coast (TEL) and Downtown (DTL) lines just a five-minute walk away.
