This upcoming auction marks the second time that the unit will be put up for sale. However, no bids were received during the auction.
Tricia Tan, Director of Auction and Sales at Knight Frank, explains that the decision to sell the unit came about because the current owner is looking to move to a more convenient location that is closer to their children’s school. The property will be sold with vacant possession.
The unit, located on the eighth floor, boasts of three bedrooms as well as a study area. Originally, the unit was a four-bedroom apartment, but one of the former owners had converted it into a three-bedroom unit. The unit also comes with a balcony that offers breathtaking views of the sea and Singapore River, as it faces northeast.
