Waterbank at Dakota achieved the highest psf-price during the week of May 24 to June 1, according to the latest data from EdgeProp. A three-bedroom unit on the 15th floor of the development was sold for $2.59 million or $2,290 psf on May 27, marking the first time a unit at Waterbank at Dakota has been transacted above $2,200 psf. The previous high was set at $2,111 psf in September last year.
Goldenhill Park Condominium and Amaranda Gardens also set new psf-price highs during the week, with a two-bedroom unit at Goldenhill Park Condominium sold for $2,150 psf and a three-bedroom unit at Amaranda Gardens sold for $2,133 psf.
Goldenhill Park Condominium, a freehold condo in District 20, recorded its new high with the sale of a two-bedroom unit for $1.99 million on May 30. The seller bought the unit in 2011 for $1.23 million, thus making a profit of $760,000. Meanwhile, Amaranda Gardens in Serangoon saw a new psf-price peak of $2,133 with the sale of a 1,163 sq ft, three-bedroom unit for $2.48 million on May 24. The seller of the second-floor unit bought it in 2021 for $1.72 million, making a gain of $760,000.
