Ibm And Jll Launch Esg Reporting And Data Management Software

IBM, a leading computing company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, has joined forces with JLL, a global commercial real estate and investment management firm, to introduce a new data management and reporting software for the commercial real estate industry.

The Sustainability Program Management software, which was announced through a joint press release by the two companies on July 16, is powered by IBM’s Envizi ESG Suite, a comprehensive environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting and data management software. It will be delivered by JLL’s sustainability services team.

With the commercial real estate sector facing challenges in capturing and managing data across real estate portfolios for decision-making and public reporting, the program aims to provide a solution to these issues.
