Meanwhile, most of the neighboring freehold condos around Up@Robertson Quay have recorded an average resale price of around $2,200 per square foot. For instance, Robertson Blue, a 36-unit development on Robertson Quay, has an average resale price of $2,230 per square foot, while Robertson 100, a 186-unit development on Robertson Quay, has an average resale price of $2,230 per square foot. River Gate, a 545-unit freehold development on Robertson Quay, has seen an average transacted price of $2,788 per square foot. Nearby, the 120-unit freehold The Inspira, located just off Martin Road, has recorded an average price of $2,563 per square foot.
With the sale of three government land sites along nearby Zion Road and River Valley Green, transaction activity in surrounding areas such as Robertson Quay is expected to increase as the new developments revitalize the district. The Housing and Development Board has recently announced the awarding of the executive condominium (EC) site at Plantation Close in Tengah to Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments.
