Prior to joining CBRE, Macdonald held a senior position at Deutsche Bank as the head of investment banking coverage and advisory for Australia and New Zealand. In his new role, he will report directly to Leo van den Thillart, the global head of investment banking, and Greg Hyland, the head of capital markets for Apac.
Beginning his role in Sydney, Macdonald will later relocate to Singapore in the first quarter of 2025. This strategic move will further strengthen CBRE’s presence and capabilities in the Apac market.
