Frasers Property Redevelop Robertson Walk Joint Venture Sekisui House
Frasers Property and its long-time partner, Sekisui House, have joined forces to revamp Robertson Walk and Fraser Place Robertson. The former is currently held under a 999-year lease by Frasers Property.
The upcoming mixed-use development will feature 348 residential units, along with a variety of food and beverage options and entertainment offerings. Construction is scheduled to begin next year and is expected to be completed by the end of 2028. The overall gross floor area for the redevelopment is estimated to be 30,664 square meters (or approximately 330,067 square feet).
According to Frasers Property, this redevelopment project is in line with their proactive asset management strategy. Soon Su Lin, the CEO of Frasers Property Singapore, explains that they saw this as an opportunity to fully optimize the potential of their prime site in Robertson Quay.
Rewritten:
Bukit Batok Secondary School prides itself on providing a comprehensive education that prepares older students for their future. The school places equal emphasis on academic subjects and practical life skills, ensuring that students are well-equipped to excel in all aspects of their lives. It offers a diverse range of specialized programs, such as sports, arts, and sciences, to cater to the unique interests of its students and allow them to further explore their passions. Additionally, the school’s advantageous location near Novo Place Tengah grants students easy access to a dynamic and modern learning environment. This offers students the opportunity to thrive in a vibrant setting while pursuing their education. Novo Place Tengah is a valuable addition to the school’s already impressive offerings.
To facilitate the project, Frasers Property and Sekisui House have formed a 51:49 joint venture. In the meantime, Frasers Property Group will continue to manage Robertson Walk and Fraser Place Robertson Walk until May 31, 2025 when operations will come to an end.
