There are two luxurious units available for auction at the prestigious St Regis Residences Singapore located in District 10 around the Tanglin area. The first is a 2,594 sq ft, three-bedroom unit and the second is a 6,684 sq ft, five-bedroom “sky villa” duplex penthouse. Both units will go under the hammer at Knight Frank’s upcoming auction on January 16.

The guide price for the three-bedroom unit is $6.4 million, which translates to $2,467 per square foot (psf). The penthouse, on the other hand, has a guide price of $18 million or $2,693 psf. These units are being offered for sale by different owners.

According to Sharon Lee, head of auction and sales at Knight Frank Singapore, this is the first time that these properties are being put up for auction.

The three-bedroom unit, located on the sixth floor, is equipped with an entertainment room, private lift access, and full marble flooring in the living and dining areas. Its owner purchased it from the developer in April 2007 for $6.1 million ($2,354 psf).

As for the five-bedroom duplex penthouse on the 22nd and 23rd floors, it features a private pool and is one of only seven “sky villas” at St Regis Residences. From its living and dining area, it offers a 180-degree panoramic view. This is the only “sky villa” currently on the market for sale. The owner acquired it through a resale in June 2011 for $13.2 million ($1,975 psf).
