ERA to auction six-storey building on Roberts Lane for second timeSINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) – ERA Singapore will be putting a six-storey building located on Roberts Lane, off Serangoon Road in District 8, under the hammer for the second time on Sept 26. Previously, the property had made an appearance at ERA’s auction on Aug 22, but was not successfully sold and was subsequently withdrawn. This time, however, the property has a guide price of $16.8 million, which translates to a psf-price of $2,272 based on the building’s total gross floor area of 7,395 sq ft.Despite being offered for sale by expression of interest in December 2022 at a price of $16.88 million, the building failed to attract a buyer, according to Alison Lee, ERA’s head of auction.AdvertisementThe building, which has a land area of about 2,003 sq ft, has prominent road frontage and offers roadside parking.
